Working together
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work describing scope, responsibilities, timing, deliverables and fees. Work begins when both parties accept that agreement.
Changes and approvals
Good work evolves as it meets reality. We will identify changes to agreed scope, timing or cost before carrying them out, and we ask clients to provide timely feedback and approvals.
Content and access
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and rights of materials, data and credentials they provide. We use access only to deliver the agreed work and follow reasonable security practices.
Delivery and support
Launch, handover, hosting, maintenance and ongoing support are included only where the engagement says so. Any continuing service will have its own agreed terms.
